Well, Xavius and the Emerald Nightmare were created by N'zoth, and we've yet to fight him. I expect he'll either be a boss later in this expansion or a big baddy in the future like Yogg, C'thun, and (if you count the Sha) Y'shaarj were. I just hope future Old God related stuff is more creepy and sinister like this. The Sha weren't so bad, but I can do without another Dragon Soul....

Well, right now there's some speculations - just look up at Il'gynoth whispers, he hints that we will release "them" with "five keys/torches". Il'gynoth is obviously a minion of N'zoth, five keys/torches are probably pillars of creation. There will probably be a theme transition in this expansion, like in other expansions. This time it will most likely be Burning Legion ----> The last Old God (and probably the entry of Void Lords, since Old Gods are their minions).

Apparently my comment was deleted by the video owner or KZbin, for whatever reason. Along with my links for evidence. The Old God Yogg'Saron controls the Lich King, this is evident in the voice of the Lich King even as far back as Warcraft III (which, the faceless of Yogg'Saron were in). Listen to any of the KZbin clips of all five of these speaking, and for reference for that of Ner'zul's in Warlords of Draenor. - Lich King (WC3) - Arthas (WC3/WotLK) - Lich King (Arthas) - Bolvar - Lich King (Bolvar) - Yogg'Saron - Sara (Ulduar) Additionally: - King Terenas (WotLK-Ending) In every instance, the Lich King's voice is that of his host's mixed with Yogg'Saron; just like Sara's in the final battle of Ulduar right before Yogg'Saron. King Terenas (Arthas' father) also appears to be either controlled by or impersonated by Yogg'Saron, as you can hear in his voice changing right before he disappeared. You can also find numerous theories on this from KZbin to Reddit if you're curious, but the evidence speaks for itself. As we know, the Yogg'Saron seeps into the minds of people who use his artifacts or come into contact with Saronite, ore made from his very blood (hence: *Saron*ite). What do the Death Knights and Lich King use for their armor and weapons? Yes, Saronite. If you haven't played the Death Knight story in Legion yet, the following contains spoilers! (SPOILERS) The Lich King/Bolvar is leading the new Death Knights and Ebon Blade indirectly through you, the hero... who happens to be given artifacts that are 'cursed' like Frostmourne. (SPOILERS-Comics) As you may or may not know, the Legion isn't evil, it's corrupted. Sargeras actually believes he's saving the universe from the darkness; the Old Gods of which are part of it. So simply put, the main enemies of the Burning Legion are the Old Gods and the Void Lords, and it just so happens that two Old Gods are involved in this expansion. One of which appears to be aiding us through the Ebon Blade.
