Sir my thumb is amputated , not yet reconstructed ..but flap is fixed ..half of the thumb bone are not there in thumb ..only flesh is there ..what i have to do to reduce the bulkiness in thumb flap ...?

Hello sir, I am a medico. My mom (aged 45) got her little finger cut (distal to the terminal phalynx) during some kitchen work about a month ago. We thought that the cut must be superficial and didn't think of suturing it. After 3 days, it was infected. I did the dressing and wound was healed. But she complained of dull pain in the cut site and loss of sensation to a patch of skin distal to the cut site. I thought of some nerve injury and waited for it to get resolved. Its been a month sir, and the pain has increased. What to do, sir. Kindly tell your valuable opinion. Thank you, sir.

Sir i am dr sudhansu, from odisha I am suffering swelling and weakness of grip in my right hand 3 months ago as after sleep in a unnatural fashion or a heavy work out, i didn't remember. My nerve conduction study done shows normal results but weakness still persist . How can i meet you or how can i get your appointment?

Hi sir, My middle finger got injured by a Engine Fan. After the surgery docter said that my Tip joint is lost. Now after 2 months the injury healed. But i lost my mobility of tip joint. There is any possibility to regain it.
