How did that go for you? I started working out earlier this year and I'm sort of having the same issue in my right wrist. It's not bad enough yet that I'd say it hurts, but it definitely feels like something is wrong. Were you having a sort of popping/clicking sensation when you did curls?

my drill took my hand round too far a few times one year and since then ive had such bad lolipop wrist my only option was surgery, which i didnt go for due to work commitments not affording me the time off for recovery. my work around was weight lifting wrist supports, using a nail gun instead of using a metal hammer and use a nail gun every time i work (im a carpenter). the only thing that seemed to help was bouldering which i failed to stick to. im so glad i found this video... i just tried these with my resistand bands and its almost an immediate improvement... i'll stick to these and hopefully be much better off for it. thanks dude!

whoa thanks for this! I "injured" my wrist over 10 years ago breakdancing and the bone jutted out. Went to a sports doctor, did xrays etc and they could not figure out why. There was no pain just annoying lollipop. Would get occasional soreness if I put too much pressure on the one wrist and it doesn't have as much range of motion as the good wrist. Good to finally get an actual explanation! Will try out these exercises!

Any type of exercise or whatever change I make to my hands, I do it to only my left to compare the affects. This is interesting, I have this, but i only experience wrist pain/stiffness in the wrist that DOESN'T have the bump. I always attributed the bump I do have to the fact that its the hand I use to draw

Seems like more stuff (spine for example) can also make shoulder lack motion and affect other parts

Weird that most people got this from injury. I was born with my pinky tendon able to pretty much slide over and to the outside of my wrist. It used to hurt from overworking it but it's fine for most things.

@@OvercookedSteak Recently started going to the gym again, pulling exercices are easy to make and I can pull the same weight as I could basically pre-injury, but pushing exercices are simply still too painful

I was born with this and never knew that it was a problem, as it's not really that extreme. I wonder how bad it really is though and how much of my body is like this since I have hypermobility.

My wrists have always had these bumps but they’re not as bad as yours. What’s so bad about these? I’ve never had issues with my hands or arms?
