I’m favor of congestion pricing. NJ commuters be driving to our NYC neighborhoods to double park, make loud honking noise and pollute our communities. Meanwhile, they go back home to their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and if anyone dares to park in front of their home, they will raise hell.

You're wrong. Governor Andrew Cuomo drafted the congestion pricing plan with the support of the state legislature in 2019. All of these people were elected by the people of New York. That sounds like representation to me.
