Absolutely thrilled two women won the Nobel Prize for Chemistry. I come from a family of chemists....my Dad, his two brothers, my Mom majored in it as an undergrad, and my brother who became a doctor. I heard all about the wonderful discovers made by men and am delighted to see women add to these stories. It is about time!

Sorry. I need to say this in this moment of your rejoicing: Those whom the Gods seek to destroy, they first make mad - Ancient Greek proverb / Euripides. Vinaasha Kaale, Vibhareetha Buddhi - Ancient saying in Samskritham ( Sanskrit). Meaning “When it is time for destruction, adverse beliefs will be derived from Learning.”

My dear Chandra: you was the only rational thinking I met surfing the internet in this period of darkness. I love _ your soul_ till death. Your allegory was superbe. There was just this comment that really was on spot over both rationality and artistic thought... You made my day less scary and lonely. Thanks from the heart. A.

Antonio Pacelli Thank you for your kind words, but these wise sayings are not mine. They are of the great Seers of our ancient civilizations. They had foresight and insight beyond the limits of empirical science. Every one of them individually persevered over many births (as our Dharma says), to be what they became. This accumulation of personal exoeriences gave them the knowledge of the whole Universe and the wisdom not to put it indiscriminately to “material” use. Their learning was an exploration, not for exploitation. For our scientists and technologists on the contrary, their exploration is focused only towards exploitation. Their discoveries are initiated by the question “ To what use can we put it?” The consequence? They provide and arm, billions of people with information and powers that they have not strived for, experienced the process of learning, nor have the accumulated wisdom about. This is the age of “Kali”, when humanity is fast sinking into dark ignorance.

@@chandraravikumar Let's hope Shiva will came and breath in all the poisonous substances that they have spread... purifying the world from their existence. It's hearthwarming seeing that someone can understand the evil of this world just applying the old faith in wisdom... Them instead called those people and those peaceful populations "tribal animals..." while they enjoyed the destruction brought by their own madness, to themselves and to their own kind.... How much we will need to suffer for the world to change? How many need to die to satisfy their craving for terror and hypothetical control? How much humanity really deserve to be extinguished by their means of insanity... we really have so few self preservation left in all of us? Do we really prefer who kill us instead of the safety of our kind and a better future for our own children and the ones that will outlive us? And if it so what can make us go back to what we were, to what Humanity truly is...? Maybe just Love. ॐ नमः शिवाय Worthy souls be blessed. Shall Peace rejoin us all... warming our crumbling and fragile spirits.
