The atmosphere was mean as, and being a part of nz making history was humbling

Thank you Errol for also reacting to the big historic moment within our culture, I was waiting for someone to react to the fact our culture had a significant moment happen which to some of us means a lot!!

Rubs us the wrong way to. I for one, didn’t even know that France held the record. Did they do it justice (I don’t think so), but hei aha, it’s back now.

Love your content ❤ I just noticed your map in the background is missing New Zealand like so many maps out there we get cut off so many of them.😢

Most Maori/Kiwi were probably unaware that such a record even existed SO for another culture/country to embrace one of our most revered traditions speaks volumes with how Maori/New Zealand are acknowledged/perceived around the world and in that regard France are not only paying homage to New Zealand and Maori but also to the All Blacks. On a lighter note with Christmas fast approaching I thought you might enjoy a little taste of Kiwi humour. Hi Errol 🤗 , I was also in disbelief when I heard France held the record for the largest Haka lol. But im like how was that counted though? Like did everyone do it correctly? & was all the actions correctly performed?? Like... 🤔ᴴᴹᴹ? 😅

not all maori follow Kingitanga us in the North still go under the Paramount Cheif and believe Kings and queens are english title's that were givin to a tribe to make it easier to get their way over all maori , British means of control
@kayrakei58813 ай бұрын
But at the same time either if we follow the Kiingitanga or not, the whole point of the movement is Kotahitanga and the unity of Māori

I've never even seen the France haka! That's how suspicious the GBR are with their recognitions. How can you credit them for a haka when they can't even speak Te Reo Māori? 🙄 At least with this new record haka, they had the iwi of 'Ngati Toa Rangatira' (Te Rauparaha's descendants) on stage, performing 'Ka Mate' in its entirety and obviously representing their ancestor, Te Rauparaha

Gotta remember all of us are mixed now no full blooded Māori exists most you’ll find white Māoris who are Māori but have white skin like for me it’s the opposite I look more Māori than my Samoan side 2:11 (some genes are stronger than the others)
