As per reports Ms Buch resigned from ICICI in 2013. As per 2020-21 Annual Report of ICICI Bank - Schedule 7 on ESOPs (Page 179 of PDF Report) the vesting could be in 4 years and exercise for such vested ESOPs could be in 5 years. That is latest by 2022 the final ESOP payment could have been done. The Annual Report is silent on the tax component on ESOP.

We missed(since mr nair yu jumped into another question posed to prof.arun kumar) very important query/question asked by learned prof arun kunar that why notice/chargesheet was served to hindenburg by SEBI whereas SEBI didn't do the investigation into Adani affairs...what is it. These are two sides one must hear both the sides.simple justification. Secondly why can't supreme court invites all these people alike proof. Arun kumar to throw light and suggest the ways if one watchdog institution is not functiong or malfunctioning (sebi in this case). Most importantly how the present head ms Madhabi puri buch of SEBI is still there,has not been asked to resign / fired either or her own morality dignity and consciousness ask her not to step down. The pity is why govt and now supreme court is not serious enough and swift to spread message especially in financial world of removing /stopping such bunglings hence losing credibility.
