Due process applies to "all persons" in the U.S., however I dont think it should apply to illegals who are just here illegally. Because Biden allowed all of these people in illegally with no vetting, they all need to be removed immediately and then go through the proper channels to seek citizenship. How dumb is it that any person in the world can step 1 foot inside this country and then immediately are "granted" due process and a spot in the queue to grant citizenship? Thats absurd. I personally believe they have no case to be brought up in the courts.
