@@AntonyMBenedict You missed my point. The real issue is whether the accusation is true or not. Let’s face it, a lot of people are against immigrants and have prejudice, and that can lead to unfair situations like this. I don't dispute it-if he committed a crime, like shoplifting, theft, etc., then take action. But my concern is whether it's true or not, and whether the person wrongly accused is given the opportunity to prove their innocence.
@AntonyMBenedict

@@Veronica_In I agree with you. I think the immigration process is broken in the US. It must be more reformed so that it is easier for people to be legally immigrated. The illegal immigration might go down a lot in that case.

@@AntonyMBenedict What I don’t get is how the U.S. says it wants skilled immigrants, but then they bring in so many people through the visa lottery who aren’t skilled at all. I know a lot of uneducated, unskilled people who win the visa lottery, and if you look at their lives now, you'd probably conclude that bringing them here was not the best decision. Meanwhile, a lot of educated and skilled people don’t win the lottery. I think it should be more like Canada’s system, where it’s based on points for things like education, language skills, and work experience. That seems way fairer to me.

I've done research & found that the best case scenario for a migrant or refugee to legally earn U.S. citizenship takes at the minimum 6 years & thousands of dollars, which is insane to me. Try planning a family vacation 6 years in advance & hope that nobody dies/is born or something happens to the destination that affects your plans. Everyone who lives in The U.S. pays into Social Security & other welfare programs through sales & property taxes, but only U.S. citizens are eligible to receive them. Contrary to what many Republican politicians & Conservative media hosts claim, nobody from another country can just get on a plane & become a U.S. citizen that gets welfare overnight. If we made it easier & faster for people to come to The U.S. legally & become citizens, we would have far fewer people waiting to come to the country, far fewer migrants living here legally or illegally, & more people able to achieve the American Dream.

For clarification, the act doesn't talk about illegal immigrants, it talks about non-US nationals. A non-US national is an individual who is not a citizen of the United States. This includes people who are citizens of other countries and do not have U.S. citizenship. Non-U.S. nationals may include lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), temporary visa holders, and undocumented immigrants.

At 3:40... The problem with relying on CONVICTIONS only, is that, as we know, Democrat prosecutors all around the country have repeatedly refused to charge non-violent crimes (and often violent ones), against people who've been accused of them, even with overwhelming evidence against them. Taken further, these Democrat prosecutors are happy to offer plea bargains to such people that greatly reduce the charges against them. Even further, juries in largely Democrat areas, such as the big cities, are more likely NOT to convict, even with overwhelming evidence, as a measure of jury nullification because they feel sympathy toward these people thanks in so small part, due to Democrat politician and establishment media propaganda. The fact is, this act wouldn't be necessary if Democrats enforced the laws... illegal immigration IS illegal. Anyone caught having done it should be gone, period. But Dems don't like that, so they let them stay here. So then they commit other crimes, both violent and non-violent while living here. Then Democrat prosecutors go soft on them, dropping charges or pleading them down. Laken Riley's predator wouldn't have been in the country if not for Biden's immigration policy and NYC's sanctuary status, which sided with him despite crimes he committed there. Then in Athens, GA, he was allowed to commit crimes by, again, a Democrat prosecutor and sanctuary city. Then finally, he committed the ultimate crime against a young woman, and only now faces any kind of justice... even that doesn't include capital punishment due to the Democrat DA designating it as not appropriate. TL:DR is... this is Dems fault and they need to get over it. Learn the lesson.

As far as Venezuela not allowing citizens from Venezuela to enter the country, your response is to simply have them step off the plane, is not a valid response. First of all, as far as I know, all American Airlines no longer fly to Venezuela. American Airlines was the last airline to fly there, even though the Venezuelan government owed American Airlines lots of money, they continued providing service. Eventually, all that came to an end after the government held a plane loaded with passengers and would not allow them to leave over some petty reason of supposedly the flight captain saying something about their government. A flight originating from the USA to Venezuela, if given permission to land, would be very restricted and allowing passengers to disembark the plane without proper documentation would prevent the plane from leaving. It simply wouldn’t work.

is not a crime is a civil offence know the difference, a crime is a very specific conduct with different elements that have to take place to be consider that, and you actually think that this will lower the crime rate, the crime rate goes by population percentages, and this people are a very small percent of the population, and due process should always take place no matter who that is a principal of law, you can't take it away for some, because after that there is not guaranties that will be taken from you, without principal of law you do not have a justice system.

@ So basically, white European immigrants can commit any serious crimes and just be jailed for that with no assessment of deportation compared to other immigrants (non-European legal). I am talking about legal immigrants who committed these crimes. And. Rightfully so jailed, for that matter. For illegal immigrants, no question. Deportation period. My question is, who is an immigrant in the US? This is confusing the shit out of me and some of my fellow Americans. So, other than the natives, the rest are immigrants, right? Many people feel America is crumbling before our eyes. With illegal aliens dominating everywhere, government officials contracting themselves not for the people but for their interests. Maybe we need specifications for these new executive orders Our country is in chaos already, and it's been 3 days since our president’s inauguration.

Great reporting as always, guys but I'd like to offer some clarity about what Cenk said at 3:41 because it’s misleading and might cause unnecessary panic. In the U.S., police need sufficient _Probable Cause_ to arrest someone. This means a person can’t simply pull something out of his/her a$$ and use it to get you deported. If you didn’t commit a crime, there’s very little to worry about. A false accuser would have to create a detailed, convincing orchestration capable of fooling every officer on the scene and anyone else who might have been around during the time of the alleged crime. Think about how many calls of false accusations police get every single day-this ain't their first rodeo. Also, there’s a big difference between being detained and being arrested. You can be handcuffed or even thrown in a holding cell and still not be arrested. An arrest requires police to specify the exact law you allegedly broke, the specific actions you took to break it, and the _Probable Cause_ supporting those claims. Even solid-looking evidence, like a neighbor’s security footage showing you carrying their TV, might not be enough. Why? Because context matters-picking up a TV that your neighbor said you can have looks different to police than a burglary. So the snake is gonna need to do a lot more than that to set you up. That's why police usually need corroborating information from a separate source other than the accuser. Police might _detain_ you while they look for this. If you’re innocent, odds are highly in your favor because the handcuffs come off if the police find: 1) something that disproves the accuser, 2) something that backs your story, 3) Nothing else other than what they already got from the accuser. So any of those three outcomes will set you free. Whereas to arrest you, they need information from a separate source that backs up the accuser's story. That's only one thing and it's gonna be damn-near impossible to find it because you didn't steal the TV. The other three things can be found all over the place because... you didn't steal the TV. What's more likely to happen is the cops find one of those three things because they will be far more abundant if your story is the true story. Handcuffs will come off and the accuser will be known as the biggest a$$hole in the neighborhood. Everyone will hate him, he'll never get laid again-not even by his own wife-and that's why false accusations of _this_ type won't likely be happening-the stakes are too high and the odds are stacked against the accuser. It's not a smart endeavor. You are more likely to falsely accuse yourself by doing something stupid like riding your bike around someone else's neighborhood holding a MAPP-gas blowtorch in the middle of LA wildfires. Incidentally, that actually happened and LAPD didn't arrest the guy for it. All the more reason not to worry... about getting arrested that is. Getting the sh*t kicked out of you by someone who's not an idiot is highly likely in that case though so just be careful if you're dumb.

Liberals and supporters of illegal immigration are encouraging and assisting individuals in breaking the law. It is disheartening that those in favor of unlawful immigration fail to see the bigger picture. Consider the examples of the UK, Italy, South Africa, and other nations where unchecked migration has had severe consequences on economies and communities. Legal immigration, particularly when it involves skilled and highly educated individuals, is beneficial for a country's development. However, the current situation in the United States is far from this ideal. As legal immigrants and minorities who followed the proper channels to migrate, we strongly oppose illegal immigration. It is unfair to us and to Americans who were born and raised here. Remember, the law is impartial-it does not consider race, religion, or geographic origin. It applies to all equally.
