[MD] Marcus We had conjoined twins in our country Tanzania, Maria and Consolata, They were in the first year of their bachelor degree in one of our universities. One of them was ill and they had been admitted to hospital for more than a month before they died two days ago. One died first and the other followed within quarter to half an hour and today they have been buried. God's work!!!

So they have different personnalities, they have different knowledges, they can do something while the other is doing something else. But at the same time they can hear the other's toughts and see through the other's eyes and even physicaly feel the other's feelings (so if you hurt one, the other is going to be hurt as well)

I agree with the comments about how right now they are happy... but what happens when puberty begins and they’re teenagers... girls are always feeling self-conscience about their looks... cannot imagine how they are going to feel with the added element of being conjoined. What about when they have their first crush on a boy? Again, it’s painful enough for normal teenage girls to go through. What about career choices? What if one wants to be a Teacher and the other a Lawyer? How do they handle that? They cannot possibly go 4 years to one College and study Teaching then 4 more for Law!!! They will NEVER be happy as Adults. Too many obstacles and so much emotional turmoil.. I feel so sorry for them.. such a rough road ahead.

Laura Landando, what do YOU do if you want to do two things and can't decide? You do one then the other. Most adults aren't happy. Most adults feel they made the wrong choice etc. PS. What do you mean "normal teenage girls"? Why are they not "normal"?

I would not have had them. This might sound awful but I'm not going to mince words. As a mother I am unable to condone the decision made to have them--their lives are okay now because they are babies but as they age, things are going to change. Obvious things such as puberty, relationships and the medical stress it will put on their bodies would be too much. I've got children of my own. I could not bring children into the world with a condition like this. If they were conjoined and separable, yes; but not when the condition is destined to cause them hardships that as a mother I could not fix.

Sometimes I wonder if any of the people watching these videos realize that the twins have family and friends who may possibly come across the horrible comments. No they're not suffering they're perfectly healthy and happy 7 year olds. They don't get teased in school and actually have quite a few friends. Their parents are NOT crack heads. Please think about what you say people, you could very well hurt someone.

As a daughter of identical & fraternal twins and the mother of multiples myself, I find stories such as these fascinating. Some comments here are quite rude & juvenile.

I don't get the selfish mother comments. There is no guarantee their lives will be bad because this is an unprecedented occurrence. Like damn, as soon as something bad happens in your life do you want to give up? Life is full of beauty and pain. No person experiences only one. That's the human experience, which is what these kids are, humans. Hard lives are given to lot of people, and the only thing that would cause someone to wish they were never born is depression, but depression is not permanent. The mother wanted to give them a chance, and she is far from stupid, she is courageous, and able to love unconditionally, not superficially. I'd be more than proud to have a mother like her.

I get what you are saying but if they had the choice would they want such a hard life? What happens when mom passes away? I wish people would stop saying it's so easy. Be honest and real. It is not easy. They will go through phases of joy and pain. They will at some point be angry with their mom. Then they will feel better. Because they are human they will have ups and downs. Just like people without a conjoined twin.

The comments are really, really dark. 'Put them down quickly!' 'Why weren't these _things_ aborted?!' 'Kill it, burn it!' 'These kids need to die before they lay eggs!' I'm not creeped out by the video, but the comments.
@omp1999 жыл бұрын
Sedina Mahious The comments seriously make me despair for the human race. Tatiana and Krista are such beautiful, happy-looking children, and yet there are so many people - some maybe trolls, but many deadly serious - saying that these girls should be dead. I'm practically in tears, as I type this. I can't understand how people can be so callous, so heartless, so monstrous... But no, I'm lying. I do understand how it is possible. It's the same dark force that gives rise to racism and xenophobia and has led in the past to hideous regimes like Nazism. People fear anything that is different, and they want to destroy what they fear, because it makes them feel safer. Reading these comments, it is easy to see how Nazism got hold. Much as we like to think that we are more enlightened now, we are not. The same mindset is all around us. I am very, very frightened.
@HimeRoseChibiChan9 жыл бұрын
I know, right? People just don't understand. These girls are living happy normal lives as well as other people who are born different. Their mother made the right choice to not abort them.

Sora Wolf I know. That's why I'm working on it and having a DARN GOOD time. ;D (I have written MUCH comments! X3 ) Everybody just says that it's waste of time, but I am enjoying it, so it's THEIR loss to hate things while I'M ENJOYING IT. :D

I feel that this isn't how live is meant to be, but even when life is hard, who decide if its worth it. They can't because they don't know anything else, they are young now, but will have more obstacles than most people, maybe not more, but different. I really don't know what I would have done, if I had to make a decision like that

I agree. Personally I could not have brought them into the world. I think it’s cruel making them live. It’s no life. No matter what folk say. I’m an atheist and a realist.
