Maybe the version of "why did you do that?" that emphasizes the "why" really heavily is addressed to the guy who keeps buying worms...

Seeing the name of the language written in it’s writing system does look like it says “Lewa” Was that intentional or was that a nod to Bionicle :3

@@AgmaSchwa also it being in green too But with the recent lang you’ve shown off I like how you romanizated tone in the language (using x as sh is very aesthetic imo) but i due feel that /!/ being the only click consonant being a bit strange for a naturalistic language (naturalistic for humanoid dog standards)

37:30 - is the reverse of that also licit? Using inalienable markers on something usually alienable to say it's particularly treasured?

13:49 "Every word musts start with a consonant..." Put C in brackets in syllable structure. Nguh moment.
@AgmaSchwa Жыл бұрын
that's why I said "word," cuz syllables within words dont always need to start with a consonant. Thus the bracket, haha

You clearly spend a ton of time on phonological evolution, but I am curious, did you apply any grammatical or semantic evolution to this?
@AstaryuuGaming Жыл бұрын
Something interesting I noticed is that acquaintances (and presumably friends; that is, non-blood family) are alienable, but family is inalienable. Does this mean that a speaker discussing a friend inalienably (as inalienable even though they're normally alienable) could be understood as a found family dynamic? This id because if I read it correctly, alienating family could occur when the speaker is related by blood to the family member, but does not feel as close to them as that blood relation implies.
