Thanks a lot for sharing! Long time ago, my father had an audiocassette of these songs. I never forgot all of these songs but only now I discovered this video and could remember the favorite compositions from my childhood. The voice of Esther Ofarim is angelic.

Thank you so much for posting this! This has been such a treat for me! I used to have this on cassette tape when I was a little girl and I'd listen to it to fall asleep at night. Hearing those songs (even if just little bits of each) has taken me back in time and given me all sorts of warm fuzzy feelings. I just wish the album was available on CD or for download since the cassette tape I had got lost over the years. I'm currently pregnant and I'd love to be able to play it for my little one.

I love Esther's version of "Hush Little Baby" (what I've heard of it) - it's really jazzy! I hope to hear the full version one day. And I hope this album will have a CD release one day.

I wonder why "Kleiner Tambour" and "Down By The River" were re-recorded for the 1970 TV special "Esther Color".
