I mean, even if it was a work it was a horrible work because they made Cody look like a chump on Friday. The thing is there was a way to set it up or it doesn’t make Cody look horrible or weak like they did so what I think is more likely is that they did this and they didn’t expect the backlash and they pivot and it was a fantastic pivot that has everybody, guessing what is going to happen, leading up to wrestlemania. There is still the lack of continuity with the fact that he said on Friday that he wasn’t gonna face Roman at wrestlemania. that is why a lot of people had a struggle with the promo, even if it was a work
