Hey man! Finally someone who explains it with such simplicity. Just implemented it all and replies are coming through. But I've got a problem. Some of the messages are not being updated onto Google Sheets and some are, so replies are either coming through as duplicates of previous question or no answer at all. Not sure what's wrong, double checked everything and still the same issue. In short, the conversation doesn't flow or some replies are missed completely. Subscribed and love the content, would be great if you could help out!

This is elite. Going to try to adapt this for SMS for Manychat. Will let you know what I had to do differently. I think I will need to create a loop that detects any changes to the last user input to trigger the automation, and substitute last interaction time with a user field that just captures the system time to feed into the LastReply field.

hi! nice solution, just a quick question, sometimes the bot does not repplies the message. I check the make scenario and the error of bundles is "0" appears as the error on your video. I checked the google sheet and everything is working fine, the format is the correct on the column, thay is why it responds but all of LastReply are in the correct format. Any suggestions?

You can do it cheaper with direct connection (will require some code). This way you will overcome Make costs. + you can use 4o-mini instead of 4o

I have a question. I require a large knowledge base. Around 500mb to potentially a 1GB (maybe 2GB) with technical documents some of them 300-400 pages. I want these to be processed using a chatgbt model then outputted to WhatsApp. Like an IT support via WhatsApp (They ask specific questions, maybe a print screen or two) Then It gives them solutions. Very straightforward apart from the large knowledge base. Many chat seems like the easiest but I don't know the limit on what the knowledge base it.

Hey! 1-2GB is not that big, but considering the fact we use no-code, this easily can become the issue. The limit of your KB does not depend on Manychat, because all of the knowledge is „attached“ to our chatgpt assistant api, so you should pay your attention to the limits described in chatgpt api documentation. The max file size for your chatgpt assistant is 512 mb. This is for ONE file. You can add up to 10,000 files. First GB of vector storage is free I hope and then you pay smth like $0.1/GB/day if I am correct. The advantage of this solution is that you are still nocode with your setup, but here you can see the issue of long response time from AI. If it is unsatisfactory, we will need to use Pinecone (I‘d say its low-code) for vectoring the database and something where we will build our chatbot on (n8n, langchain or other). And the final step will be connecting it to Manychat directly through external request or through Make.com for easiness. You probably have some errors in your JSON code. Try checking manychat json code you send to the Make. It is in the external request block

Do you know why this automation doesn't work on two channels: Instagram and Facebook? I copied this automation and created an automation on Facebook, but when I have two automations, one of them doesn't work. Once Facebook and once Instagram. I use the same variables and the same webhook. I tried 2 different webhooks, but the problem still occurs. Do you have a solution? I tried with one google sheet and also with two and the problem still occurs
