Do this before anything else? Are you serious? It took me 2 days to figure out how to connect my printer to my modem and that’s a pain in the neck. Even my internet provider couldn’t figure it out. lol! I wish I found you sooner. This is the worst and the hardest printer I ever had that’s so hard to set up. I just couldn’t throw it away bec I print a lot of stuff and this printer serves me well once it’s set up properly. Plus the toner is cheap that can print up to 1000 pages. 😅 Your tutorials are very helpful. Like I said …. I wish I found you sooner .

We have this model of printer but it has question mark on the WiFi on the screen after setting up the WiFi connection . Why is that? It won’t print when that question mark is on there.

It didn't work at first, I tried both methods. Then, I restarted the printer and the WIFI was on!!!! So, restart your printer if all fails. Thank you :-)
