Homura didn't even want her to do anything, first of all, 1st timeline Homura literally told Madoka both of them should run away from Walpurgis, but, Madoka wasn't gonna just let people die like Homura wanted and she stayed and fought and sacrificed herself to save and protect everyone. Only thing Homura did was power up and amplify Madoka's potential, and even then, Homura literally did NOT know and neither did Madoka. Homura did NOT know and was NOT even trying to. Madoka shaped herself.

Really? I would've thought Homura would've stayed in that world to fight the new threat, the Wraiths, in Madoka's stead because she had sacrificed so much for her already. If anything, that statement means their friendship is forever and you'll never be alone and stuff. I'm not saying it's not a possible idea, but we'll know for sure when the 3rd movie comes out.
