Hi, thanks for the question. Tbh it is better to be in a quiet place. It is never advisable to drive or do something that can be dangerous if you zone out. Which is what these meditation can do. That being said you can be busy in your home. You can be cleaning or doing dishes when listening to this. As there is moving meditations. Even exercising can be a meditation. You could even listen to these meditations when you go to sleep. And you can watch or not. The energy that I am sending to you will be received by you. One of my family members puts it on as they are getting ready in the mornings and they are experiencing massive growth. I hope that helps 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I had a childhood memory of really disliking spaghetti and meatballs at a function at a church and not wanting to be there at all.I completely forgot that had happened, and I was confused why a strange memory like that just popped up in a meditation like that?

Thank You, first guided meditation I've done in years, I did get a colder feeling on my right hand side even though the window was open on my left hand side, I didn't get much but it was enough, I just saw a field of lavender and another field of yellow, and I have been just recently about a week ago or less looking into online herbology courses, so that was my confirmation. Oh Deborah, 🤣 I just had to share this… I was attempting to listen to this wonderful meditation, my timing wasn’t the best and I found I was being interrupted with the noise of my grandkids, my teens and the Great Dane puppy… I carried on, determined… head covered by a blanket, willing peace to descend. yes, I knew I wasn’t really concentrating… well, just at the point where you speak about the third eye etc the audio went very strange, it sounded like an old fashioned tape recorder being rewound… I just thought “ poor Deborah is having trouble with her audio today “ Until I found that the video had literally rewound itself back to the beginning of the breathing exercises. 😂😂😂 I think my guides were telling me that I needed to start again, and do it properly. Don’t you love it when they’re so practical. ❤ Thank you for sharing your amazing knowledge. I will try again tomorrow when I am assured a quiet house. 🙌

During the breathing exercise in the beginning and before calling in the Spirit Guides i dosed off for a second and was woken up by the sound of a balloon bursting. That never happened to me before...i also felt tingling sensations on my torso area and my lower spine...

Thank you. I'm greatly disconnected from my body, sensations and environment. My spirituality has helped me gain a greater understanding of the world around and inside of me. I have some wires in my brain that feel doubt about my practices, but the practitioners I find online always speak comforting words that soothe those doubts. I appreciate that. My ear popped on my right side during communication-I started to subconsciously visualise my room and trace the shape of the walls. I have chronic pain, so sitting and meditating hurts-for once, I was able to push past it and find a comfortable position. All of my previous emotions are still here, but there's also an overwhelming sense of acceptance. Some kind of vague calm, even in my hectic environment. Thank you.

I saw multiple 2's all morning and I had only been awake about an hour... I looked up the meaning and it said peace and serenity. I was guided to do two of your meditations. Listened to this for the first time today. Wow! I've often tried to connect with my spirit guides but have not been able to. Today, I connected. I experienced my spirit guides as an energetic ancestry, so to speak; like the spiritual realm I came from. I experienced my 'spiritual stock', as intense colour, sound & vibration. Tears welled up in my eyes & fell. I felt intense emotion, recognition of my origin, or spiritual stock, I suspect. What a profound experience for me! I've made notes, & plan to do this meditation, often. I was shown that I have access to powerful healing powers & that I could heal a disease that I have. I am a trained Reiki practitioner & have experienced this before & have had some kind of knowing about this ability for profound healings in special circumstances. I asked about another matter & was given an answer, but for some reason, that answer has erased from my mind, by the time I went to make a note of it. A most exciting aspect of this experience, is the vague knowing I now see that I've always had. Lots to think about here! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Deborah!

First experience… my entire body ( except head) felt a vibration and I saw green eyes of a black cat upside down kinda playfully looking and I saw a stone figure of a Greek God maybe Zeus. My left eye kept peeking open briefly but what I could see in that second seemed cartoonish or dimensional . I look forward to doing again during a better time of day. I also felt the “ mite bites” 🤣 mostly right side of face but also shoulder and arms but I get these on a daily😜 I welcome them now, you taught me well… ty ty ty spirit and Deborah 🖤💛♏️♏️♐️

At the very beginning, I saw a crow/raven with red eyes. I know my spirit guide is of that form. But after that maybe some Kaleidescope colors briefly. A blue color, which is my favorite color. And the very light image of an alien face. I will have to keep practicing because I find it hard to focus due to my adhd.

Thank you!! I was almost asleep, first heard distant voices, no words, and teh buzzing/high pitch radiosound. I asked a question this time around, answer is coming later today as I feel it. Colours swirling around and then suddenly I only saw a man, walking and looking at me. He was all grey, different shades of grey, suit on. Not sure about any feeling around him, like not bad not good?Indifferent maybe. Whole figure, and as he was maybe 10 meters from me. and moving but not moving his eyes from me. He looked familiar but I don't think I know him. Then I think I fell into sleep for a second and he was gone. When i opened my eyes I had clear yellow and white light/sparkles everywhere in sight, for at least a couple of minutes- Feel rested, relaxed and a bit in hmm what was that trying to tell me? Oh and the number 4 echoed in my head too, and I have been seeing that in 44, 444 litteraly everywhere the last few days.

I had a very shocking, intense experience. After the connection, I fell asleep. I then was awakened to see a male person. He came in and he was illuminated. Then a brighter light went on. I looked at his face and studied it. He said nothing but only looked at me. Then, he left and it went dark.

And I felt someone touch me on the right side of my head and my right side of my body felt like someone was standing there. Hi Deborah. I felt the presence of my spirit guide. When you first started, the static/ringing in my left ear immediately went higher like a popping and I felt the left side of my face getting warmer. I was touched, lightly and my Spirit Guide let me know he was here. The ceiling in the room expanded and I heard the expansion crack as you would when something expands. I felt incredible peace within and without. I am extremely happy that I have re-connected with my spirit guide. Thankyou immensely for guiding the process. This is my first experience seeing spirit guides in a room where everthing was gold with red chairs lined in red and gold i dat at a beautiful round table where a young lady dressed as a high priestesses with a large golden crown was sitting with me and another gentleman sat beside me. I felt pure blissful. It was amazing don't know what was said but i remember a soft voice saying alright Debs. I then felt very happy and very hot what does this all mean thank you love and light. I don’t even know where to start…. I feel so behind what everyone else knows and a little overwhelmed. That said, I found this video, or it found me, and I’m speechless. First Deborah thank you for explaining the faces and images, I had no idea what the images were or why I was seeing faces but I see them all the time when I meditate. With this experience I heard like a constant electric hum but a few times I also heard voices and singing. I also felt a touch, sort of a tug on my right thumb. When the meditation was over, I looked at my hand before moving it. My thumb was several inches from my fingers so that it appeared my hand was holding a thick book like when you go to take a book from a shelf. Now that I have a little more information and know how to reach out to my spirit guide, I feel more centered. Thank you thank you thank you, ☮️💟♐️

Ive always believed my main spirit guide to be Native American, sounds cliche but as i child in Edinburgh my favourite place was my teepee and when at primary school we played cowboys and Indians i refused to play a cowboy and I always was on the side of the native americans when my family watched films and I know my totem animal is a wolf. Anyway during the meditation i saw a native American male getting on a horse and then he got off his horse and i saw him reach into his saddlebag but i didn't see what he was looking for then it moved to the horse, even though the vision was in black and white i could sende the horse eas a chestnut with a white blaze right down its head and then he turned the horse around to its other side and it was black. I wasn't sure what he meant was it my shadow side or what but i got we are all one and i obviously believe he meant peoples skin colour and that it wasn't for me really but the world as i innately know this anyway and am very anti rascist., and that was it , ill definitely be repeating this a lot. This was wonderful. I am Native American. I wasn't told I was Native American until I was in my twenties. My Grandmother was instructed by her parents not to advise people because there was so much hatred and they didn't want her to be burdened. She passed down our natural medicine cures and we all use them today. I was so tickled when I read you never wanted to be a cowboy, always an Indian. I did the same thing when I was little and then later found out I was Native American. You may want to trace your lineage. You may find you are First Person too 👍💕 Either way, honor travels in the heart. It is not manufactured. So, as a Native American I welcome you to the tribe. 🌹
