on restarting the firestick (power off and on) i see the connected peripherels not being detected. i have to manually unplug and replug it for the ethernet or other peripherels to work. Are you facing the same or what might be the problem? any idea?

Hail Sheltech! To check that the keyboard works right on the first screen when turning on the fire tv stick Does the caps lock, scroll lock or num lock light on the keyboard light up normally or not, only from the launcher menu?

After some streaming services are so slow, even after I upgraded to 1 Gig, Optimum/Altice, I connected ethernet to Fire Cube. When I go to "wired" connection asks you for the IP address. Of what? The router? I looked on computer and found 2 in system for router, entered one. Then it asks for, in the next screen, to enter "Prefix Length." What the hell is that, I even googled it. I have to call optimum.

Don't really understand why you would connect an ethernet adaptor to the firestick that can only utilise 100Mbps, while the wifi 6 in the FS hits 300. Maybe it's just me 🤔
