This was a nice meditation. However, this was not a Higher Self meditation, but a Spirit Guide meditation. I was disappointed, I really needed a Higher Self meditation.

Could you please not have adverts at the end of a meditation. They really spoil the sense of relaxation. At the beginning is fine.

@@Adam.I.am144 Thanks Adam but I just won't listen to the meditation. Plenty without ads at the end. I think the site can set parameters for when ads are shown otherwise they'd be popping up in the middle like they do on other channels. I think it's unethical to get someone relaxed and receptive then hit them with advertising. Like I say, I'll just opt out of listening rather than pay £107.88 a year. Glad you think it's worth it.

​@@emmawilson1157yet I bet you probably pay over £120 a year for mind numbing netf&ix or the likes of without thinking about it.. I don't even have satalite/cable TV.. It's all mind numbing, what people need is more meditation connecting with themselves then life gets better and better, not the rubbish shown on tv. I guess it all depends on ones priorities, I personally think it's a small price to pay for higher consciousness.

@@emmawilson1157 actually what it is, is when a video has so many plays they (y@utu#e) put adds in and at the end of it. It has absolutely nothing to do with the owner of the video.

@@Adam.I.am144 I've never heard any ads at the end of Jason Stephenson's meditations and he gets millions of views. However, you obviously know your stuff. I just wanted to alert the channel owner that there were ads playing at the end of the meditation and that this is unethical and off-putting. It's fine. I'll just listen to someone else.
