Hey, What do I do if I keep getting the "Error" message after connecting to the vacs wifi?

Yes, this can be quite frustrating and does happen.... This is strange, but try this, when doing the set up, select a different model and see if that works, some people have told me they did that to overcome the problem. Let me know how that goes....

I've been trying for 3 days to connect my Eufy to Wi-Fi and you're right, the booklet doesn't tell you to ignore the "not connected" box. Thanks for video. It worked like a charm.

Thanks for your video. Finally I can setup my new Eufy Robovac 35 C to WIFI at home. I changed my WIFI from 5G to 2G, then I linked my new Eufy Robovac 35 C name to WIFI at home. It worked. You made my day.

Hello, Thanks for the video. It was very informative. But In my case after 99%, I see an error message saying connection failed with a retry button on the screen. Any suggestion?

My eufy 25c won’t connect to internet coz i get wifi connection through my apartment. In order to connect to the internet i have to login to the internet and then i have to another user id and password provided by them to individual apartment unit . Any suggestions how to connect my eufy to the wifi .

That's a very good question, unfortunately that may not be possible as it is unlikely (based on what you say) that the Eufy device is able to store the additional credentials in order to join the network. If this changes I will post an update here for you.

Mine doesn't appear to have the WiFi icon flash at all, regardless of how many times I've long pressed the button for the beep. Think I need to let it drain completely then try again.

Life saver!! Manual sucks. I would get an error that my wifi is at 5ghz instead of the 2.4ghz. My router is dual 2.4ghz/5ghz and it switches by itself. I called spectrum to help me change it thinking this would fix it and they said theres no way unless i get an old router. I even took the vacuum outside with my phone in order for my wifi to switch to 2.4 haha. Damn it was so simple. Thanks again

Hi, you need to make sure your network is able to broadcast at 2.4Ghz. Newer modems broadcast typically at 5GHz and 2.4Ghz, and some modems have 2.4 disabled. You will need to check your wifi settings and make sure that 2.4ghz is enabled. Let me know how you get on

From what I can tell, it needs to connect to the eufy wifi so the phone can transfer some information to the eufy device (which network to connect to, password). When it does this, your phone should drop that connection (as the eufy network will become invisible) and reconnect to your home wifi.
