Ik this was video is old but does anyone know why when I put mine on the charger, my light flashes orange and the Wi-Fi is also flashing. But it just completely stops, after like 10 secs. And then the pause/play button turns and stays red?? Please help if anyone knows, thankyou

The screen at 3:26 - it's popping up every time I try to connect. The robovac also is not working, as soon as it departs from the charging base it turns off. I can initialize the set up but about 15-18 seconds into the wifi connection process, the wifi light on my eufy 25c stops lighting up and the only thing lit up is the play/pause button which is red. Any ideas? Maybe it just isn't charging or needs more time to charge? I just unboxed it but shortly after it docks, the charging light stops and the play/pause button is red 🤷

I read it takes 5/6 hours to charge so maybe charge it overnight

I'm having the same frustrating issue. It's not charging. Play/Pause button solid red. I just unboxed it today, and I've had it on the charger for 8 hours and still nothing. It's not responding to the remote or long press holds to the play/pause button. The blue wifi only stay connected for about 10 minutes. Did you ever figure out the issue?

I would have liked you to take the video a bit further and show how to place the strips to prevent the vacuum from entering that space. How does the vacuum know its finished?

We never use our remote just the app to set it on a schedule. We do need WiFi for this.

3:12 is where mine keeps getting stuck. I'll connect to the Eufy WiFi network but when I return to the app I just get a loading wheel that spins for like 3 minutes. Then it'll tell me to connect again. I called Eufy's helpline and they said they'd elevate me to a senior tech support member who would call me back. But then they never did.

Mine says It needs a firmware update but the update fails and then it shuts down. Any suggestions??

Try rebooting both the robot and your device. Then try just unlinking and re linking it to your app. That usually fixes most problems. Don’t forget to subscribe and join the 3411 Heaven Fam :)

Actually I did, the new app colors are not so good. The message at the bottom where is says status confirm is grayed out. This makes you think it’s disabled, there is no checkbox or anything. However you can click it and then it confirms 😩😩😩

Blocking out areas is a common feature for robovacs that feature laser positioning, this doesn’t have that. These can only be kept out by physical barriers.
