We use deep consumer insights to fuel our product innovation. This helps us to deliver irresistible superiority that delights people, drives category growth, and is more sustainable. Our “connected homes” capability uses sensor technology in people's homes who have agreed to let us research their everyday behaviors, leading to innovations that perform better and help consumers reduce energy, waste, and water during the in-use experience. We measure energy and water consumption while people do everyday tasks like washing dishes or the laundry, enabling us with insights on how to innovate for better products that help save time, money, and resources. One of our “connected homes” is a family of seven in Cincinnati, OH who uses Cascade, Dawn Powerwash , and Tide to make their busy lives a little bit easier, by getting better results and saving resources.
We partnered with Brave Blue World Foundation to raise awareness of the global water crisis through a new documentary “Our Blue World - A Water Odyssey.” The film explains how we can save water and energy at home, featuring Mike and his family, P&G scientists who provide expert insights and P&G products that are made better, and made to save energy, water and waste.
