My 150 gig Bell plan worked fine all throughout the US, I wasnt without data once. It roams and just finds the closest tower. Also no BS with your phone after crossing the border

Are you talking about a Bell cellular plan ? what kind of speeds are you getting? Do you live in Ontario ? is your max of data 150gig ?

thanks for the info - for an extra $40/month I get unlimited data and I EASILY use over 1000gigs of data a month - I am constantly streaming with friends/relatives, upload and download hundreds of youtube videos and watch a lot of Netflix and movies - 150gig would not be enough for me - your plan sounds great for the usual person though, thanks

I don't get the speeds you do where I'm at here in the midwest but it still works great. I thought you would like the 12 vdc hookup so you didn't have to run an inverter or worse yet, a generator!

8-20 mbps is typical. The highest was 80.
