SUCCESS VILLAGE 5/28/24 I would like to also point out that in 5-6 months it will be winter and we have no heat, no money, owe around 1 M in back taxes that have been bought by a collection agency and around another 500,000 in taxes due in July, we are around 3 M in dept (that we know of) and currently have liens on our property, countless lawsuits, no lenders, no grants and we are a private property as the local/state authorities like to keep pointing out. come this winter the city will probably force everyone out due to no heat. I don't know how many people can pay rent somewhere else and keep up on their common charge here also? But i'm pretty sure that there has been a developer in the background this whole time pulling the strings that will be coming forward offering the city a solution. Just wanted to share my concerns with the community
