I played this at a local convention in competitive mode. Holy moly did I hate this game. I felt robbed of my time at the convention. I was suckered in by the great artwork. It literally made me angry when I thought about all the other great games I could have played. This review is spot on. Avoid this game.

I think there is a basis for a good game here....... but a drastic revamp is required. Hopefully a future 2nd edition solves the issues.

yea i was playing this very early on and ended up deciding not to produce content for it using the tts mod in the end i liked the way flights worked but i found the game overall just kinda felt mundane Great review Stay Hexy!

I have only played this game solo, and would rate it a 5 or 6. Not amazing, but not as low rated as Chris and Wendy's score. I see the points though - I would never play it any other way but solo.

I'm surprised, I thought this might be good. And I realize you probably don't want to usually mention other games as maybe that takes away from the game you are reviewing, but I do very much appreciate it when you do. You don't even have to say the other games are better, I'd appreciate it if you even just more often said this game is like these others (that's not by the same designer).

An interesting choice of subject matter, covering something that in real life has become so dispiriting / draining. It's become like cattle herding, whilst at the same time shamelessly trying to squeeze money out of those people being herded. The thought of playing that experience as a game, seems bizarre, and FWIW I have and enjoy This War of Mine, so deeply distressing / depressing is something I can live with under the right circumstance!

This game fell flat. I was excited to try a friends copy, and It was like 3 hours of just blarghemdom at 5 players.
