QUESTION? Is possible connect a windows pc or laptop with studiolive ? windows laptops don't come with firewire connection but some laptops come whit usb c

hi there I have a presonus 24.4.2 ai. and I have a MacBook Pro 2015. I used that thunderbolt apple adapter and I downloaded the drivers and universal control. I use Catelina o/s. the inverses control didn't pop up. question I bought this used and its in good shape. do I have register the board to make it work. and where do you get the wifi dongle. does it have to be presonus. ... im stuck. ..oh when I inserted the firewire does it have to click at the back some what when it goes in YES or no. mine doesn't at the back of the board can you help my connect it to my Mac oh can these boards run stand alone with out pc or Mac

What router did you use for the video? The 3 i have tried will not pick up when scanning with the wifi dongle in, and yes i turned off mixer and back on multiple times and still nothing It does see other wireless routers in the area and i put the password in and still does not connect. So i purchased a $130 router to connect with ethernet cable and it would not join automatically, i still had to put password and the connectivity was horrible with i-pad 1 and i-pad 3 with 4 i phone's (4's and 5's) and it was constant lag and nothing at times so bad you couldn't leave the mixer. Thanks for any light you could shed on the subject.

Hi there...I have the Personus 16.4.2 board. Just bought a Mac desktop to connect the board..I will be using the Studio one, Artist 2 software to record.I downloaded the universal control...Firewire is connected..but Im have trouble getting the 2 too communicate. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
