Connecting to Source Energy (Guided Meditation)

This is a deeply relaxing guided meditation using visualization designed to help you tap into the Source energy that isn't separate from you, but often felt that way through our lack of acknowledgement of it. Instead, when we tap into it and feel ourselves as one, we can reduce feelings of loneliness or emptiness. We can feel more fulfilled and loved. It is our hope to you you feel just that, and more beautiful feelings during this loving practice.

This was soooo beautiful and powerful thank you so much. The way you said thank it "for giving you what you need" made me realize the very word of "forgiving" could mean "for give" as in "to give". Obviously I know the definition of the word but today it hit just right and made me cry a bit as forgiving myself is always hard although I'm quick to forgive others. Very powerful thank you so much.
