Connecting with our spirit guides......the idea reminds me of the Bai Si ceremony, sometimes called Sukwan, of Laos and North East Thailand. I have undergone this ceremony several times in my lifetime. The body has 32 guardian spirits (Kwan), essentially a person's spiritual essence, which can 'wander off' over time. The purpose of the ceremony is to call the spirits back, to rebind them to the person, in times of illness or maybe when starting a new journey in life. Part of the ceremony involves tying white cotton string (sai sin) around the wrists, always my favourite part. You can end up with a great deal of string up each forearm. And you mustn't cut it off for at least three days after!

I was watching this out in my backyard, laying back in a lounge chair. The sky was blue and sunny when I closed my eyes to focus on your words and when you got to the bit about opening up to messages, it immediately started to pour on me. Omg, I think I did it. Sometimes I can connect with my guide but I only speak to him/her about my things... I just intuitively feel his/her answers. But this time I really connected with and asked a name.. it seems (if my mind is not deceving me) that one of them is a woman called Iara. I connected with her and my eyes were full of tears. Before you said about writing something down, I grabbed a pen and started taking notes. It was intense and my crown chakra was really hot. Oh, Anna! Thank you so so so much for this video and for holding space not only for me but for a lot of people to truly connect! Lots of love!

I personally don't use this for sleep, but I understand what you mean... There are some shades for cellphones you can use and then you are independent to enable all videos you love to your Sleep Playlist 🙏 Also, I recall Anna stating that her former location is too hot these days and was damaging her equipment... So this is most likely temporary, especially since she is so accommodating to comments. 🐝 Anyways, in the meantime, I wish you good night's sleep 💆

Can the phone screen be off when you’re using it for sleep? I do pay for premium for this but maybe turned over... ASMR is great for calming - not just for sleeping. I like when a video tells you it’s for sleeping or for brain tingles - I like that she set up that this one was by request and later about why the plants and natural light contributed.

I love your work and sessions you offer. I’d live to learn from you. I live in lake Charles Louisiana, we were just hit by a category 4 hurricane and our town was destroyed, there is not a lot of media coverage on it. Majority of the population is now homeless and there will not be power and water for months. Anyways, I have a team of healers and light workers that are offering healing sessions to the community because we know mental clarity in a time of devastation is so important. Did not receive any messages (I'm new to this, so I may have just been unable to hear or decipher them), BUT this is the first time I've been "disconnected" from my fear/worry/panic for months. I have been unable to do that on my own (I have discovered over the years that am hard-wired to be a Worrier, and so panic is kind of a habit), and have been having a hard time calming my body down enough to be able to meditate-- I can feel the stress hormones coursing through me at all times. So, this session was an absolute healing time for me, something I've sorely needed. Maybe that was the message.

We had to put our beautiful five year old dog down a few hours ago after a short and hard battle with lymphoma. I’m really struggling and have to be up for work in 5 hours. I may actually sleep now. We too had to make the painful decision to stop the pain our beloved 14 year old Jack Russell ,Spot was in yesterday .So hard and as the vet administered the final injection I asked my spirit guides to ease his transition . Thank you so much, it not only brought me to a of state peace but of awareness also. As the light flowed over me with my eyes closed and we asked our spirit guides to come forth, the light transformed into a the shape of two forks. I'm not sure of the meaning but I had laid an old key from a long departed relative next to me and she may have been responsible. I'm going use the guidance I get for the next couple of days and then watch this again to see if I get any clarification. This is all rather new to me, and you have shown me that if you believe and allow the energy to be received that pretty neat things are at work.
