horizontal position ত KNOB টো Lock হৈ থাকে। KNOB টো anti clockwise ত unlock vertical position ত হব। আৰু KNOB টো LOCK কৰিবলৈ clock wise t ঘুৰাই horizontal position ত ৰাখিব। ধন্যবাদ

ম'ক পলত vvpat ৰ printing কাগজ ঠিকে পৰিছেনে তাক চাবলৈ হে কৰে। অৰ্থাৎ vvpat cu bu ঠিকে আছেনে তাক চোৱা হয়। সেয়ে mock poll ত যাকে তাকে বেলট টিপি NOTA BUTTON ৰ সৈতে minimum 50 টা vote দি ম'ক পল শেষ কৰক। ম'ক পল সহজ কৰিবলৈ আচলতে যিমান জন পাৰ্থী উঠে সকলোকে সমানে দি ( NOTA সৈতে ) 50 টা vote দিলে ভাল হয় কাম কৰিবলৈ। গতিকে পলিং এজেন্ট প্ৰিজাইদিং পোলিং অফিচাৰ বা poll station ৰ যিকোনো ব্যক্তি লগাই নিয়াৰিকৈ ৫০ টা বা তাতকৈ বেচিও vote দি mock poll ৰ কাম শেষ কৰক। ধন্যবাদ ।

mock poll ত vote 50 লওতে ভোট লোৱাটো ভালকৈ চাব কাক কিমান টাকৈ দিলে। তাৰ পাছত 50 টা ভোট লৈ প্ৰথম close তাৰ পাছত vvpat ৰ printed slip khini উলিয়াই candidate ৰ simbol অনুসৰি সজাই লৈ certificate ত তেনেকৈ লিখি লব। এতিয়া result টিপক আৰু tally কৰি যাওক। শেষত clear টিপক। তাৰ পাছত cu ৰ চুইচ off kri cable খুলক । এতিয়া cu চীল কৰক। ইমানেই।

ধন্যবাদ। ২-১ দিনৰ ভিতৰত polling day ৰ দিনটোত presiding, polling officer form fillup সমূহ নিখুট কৈ ১০০% সফল হব পৰাকৈ চুটি দৈৰ্ঘ্যৰ video প্ৰস্তুত কৰি আছো । upload কৰিম। আপোনালোকে চাই ভাল পালে লগৰ সকলকো share like কৰি উৎসাহ দিলে ভাল লাগিব।

BVC connection.BU to VVPAT and VVPAT to CU. Switch on - 1st VVPAT , 2nd CU.Switch off- 1st CU ,2nd VVPAT.BU has no on/off switch .In the CU perform CRC BEFORE and AFTER the MOCK POLL in which 50 votes are to be casted by pressing the ballot button in the CU and the allotted buttons for each contesting candidates as well as the NOTA in the BU. The contesting candidates should get minimum 3 votes each and the NOTA should get minimum one vote polled .In the VVPAT all the 7 and half nos NOT TO BE COUNTED slips and 50 nos voting slips MUST BE removed from the drop box.Then CRC switches in the CU MUST BE sealed by using the paper seals provided for by closing the inner and outer door of the compartment. Similarly the drop box of the VVPAT to sealed with given nylon thread with molten lead. The Total button in adjacent side of Ballot button can be pressed periodically to check the number of votes polled during the actual polling as well as at the end of the poll. The precautions to be taken before actual polling - 1)The drop box of the VVPAT must be EMPTY and sealed.2)In the CU the entire CRC section should be sealed and ensure that NIL/ZERO votes are shown against each candidates as well as the NOTA by pressing the Clear button before sealing the compartment.3) After the end of actual poll as the Total number of votes shown in the CU matches with the Total votes polled in the Votars Register (Form 17A) as well as in the Marked copy of Electroral Roll ,the Close button should be pressed by opening the small lid.And EXTRA CARE should be taken that small lid should NEVER be kept open during the entire actual polling process.
