So, it depends on whether the ICJ will succumb to power-politics like the ICC, and/or Israel accepting the provisional. Also the UNSC is being called again towards the end of January. Israel is desperate to goad other players like Hezbollah/Iran into strikes, or even through "false flag" ops, to get an excuse to take all attention off Gaza... The Arabic nations are right to play it as cool and as neutral as they can... like they are waiting until all legal and diplomatic options have been fully exhausted.
