luigi gets more spotlight than waluigi he gets his own games was basically a main character because its called super mario bros , He is in most mario games. Luigi even had his own year , waluigi only appears in spin off games and that's it. Waluigi is luigi rival so of course he would shoot him , he tries to blow luigi and mario up in the intro for Mario power tennis
