Not sure but you can look for it in the BIOS. In Windows10, you go Settings (Gear icon on start menu) -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Restart now -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> UEFI Firmware Settings -> Restart. Your computer should now restart showing the BIOS screen. Let me know if that helped.

Eish, I'm afraid I have no idea. What you could try is when it shows you those words, just hold the power button for 10 seconds so it turns off. Then push the power button to turn it on again, see if it boots then. If not, try asking Connex themselves what you can do: connexdevices.co.za/contact-us/ Hope they can help!
