This is genius, really nicely done!

This is such an excellent use of one of Loot's huge pirate ship prints! Instead of a one-and-done shelf-sitter, it can be a recurring set-piece for multiple campaigns

Damn man!! The only thing I would recommend is when you do something like sand the edges try and let us know what grit. Those little details help us with project we are working on. Good job though! My barbarian would love to start a tavern brawl in the set piece!

The build looks awesome. Going to add this idea to my collection of taverns/inns

Your world sounds something like the novel "The Lies of Locke Lamour". Very Nice!
@TabletopForge10 күн бұрын
It's definitely inspired by those novels!

Just an FYI, those larger cutters are miniature bolt cutters, and they are "normally" use for cutting framing nails, barbed wire fencing, and of course small bolts. Thought you might like to know, nad nice build too!

Great build! I think a little bit of weathering on the canvas would make it look old and used. But hey, I just lov e weathering :)
@TabletopForge9 күн бұрын
Any suggestions on how to do that? Are you thinking like maybe some holes or tears around the edges? I haven't done much with the tissue and glue before.
@bethanygraham4278 күн бұрын
@@TabletopForge Actually, I was thinking of some dirt streaks and accumulation in the folds - a few more stains. What I would suggest is making a test canvas and try out a few things on that first :)

New Sub love your work. you make it look to easy... Going to go through all of your vids. I did not see the like for the STL, I am blind at times.

Thank you! Here is the link: app.lootstudios.com/bundle/envious-tempest/ its the Death's Whisper ship. Not free btw, but I use a lot of loots models for my builds and in my sessions.

That came out fantastic, also your world looks really interesting. do you have resources for other people interested in playing there, I know I'd love a better look at that city map!
@TabletopForge3 күн бұрын
Thank you! The setting was compiled by my friend and fellow player and includes some homebrew and other elements lifted from a variety of other settings. He's in the process of refining his campaign guide and will likely release it for purchase. I'd be happy to send you the map though, if you email me at tabletopforge.info@gmail.com
@chasonlapointe3 күн бұрын
@@TabletopForge I appreciate that, but I'll wait and purchase his guide. I hope you'll post when it's available.

Looks cool, but why all the work with the dremel when you could have worked on the model before printing?
@TabletopForge10 күн бұрын
I assume you mean like editing the file in blender? I've never modified a file before printing it, its not in my skillset yet. Also, I don't actually have a fdm printer and had a friend print this for me.
@caseycraig6339 күн бұрын
Can you put a link to the file for the ship please?

This is the link to the bundle, not sure if you can purchase the ship separately. app.lootstudios.com/bundle/envious-tempest/

It looked pretty good, although those layer lines are unfortunate. I've seen people use automotive filler-primer to conceal layers on FDM prints. My buddy has the Loot sub and resin-printed that very ship. No layer lines, but he dropped the stern section after printing and it shattered into a hundred pieces.
@TabletopForge10 күн бұрын
Resin is definitely cleaner, but fdm is so much easier, less warping, and time. I personally don't notice the layer lines on this one, especially since its supposed to be wood grain and weathered.

Hi, love your videos. I hate to bring this up but KZbin keeps unsubscribing from your channel. I saw this video earlier and brought it up in my feed to look at an older video later but noticed once again I was not subscribed. I have had to go fishing to find several crafting channels again. Just wanted you to be aware.
