Connie has written songs, likes Taylor Swift, and is a fairly deep person. However, she did not write this particular song. It was written by songwriters Judie Tzuke, Bailey Tzuke, and Graham Kearnes, with Connie being the first singer to record it. Connie continues to write, but it is not surprising she would use good songs from other writers. We should see several of her own songs on the next album, which is #5 within a few months.

This girl has so much talent,and should have a top ten hit,so nice not to hear any Auto tune on her voice,but even good singers like her do run into the trap of record companies putting Auto tune on their voices,lets hope she stays like this and tells them to stick it.

I think that singers oversee what is added and have control over it. It would be wrong to not respect the singers' wishes. By the way, don't mistake harmonies and reverb as being autotune. Hundreds of thousands of people here on KZbin do, whereas the singer doesn't even like autotune and have said themselves what effects they use. And autotune isn't an effect; it's a pitch changer, it doesn't add to or take away, only changes. An effect adds to it, like harmonies and reverb.
