Thank you so so much for all the support on my last cover of "Bohemian Rhapsody"! I couldn't do it without you!
Here is another original of mine that I wrote at home the other day.
This song is about a real situation that I have experienced in my life (Not my life!) I hope you like it. Thank you again, for your support, it means the world! x

Explain this: Most singers do not write their lyrics, compose, arrange or play the instruments. It costs thousands for mixing and production and still don't sound this good. She does it all, at home. Where's the justice? And she doesn't need auto-tune.

Connie, the song hasn't even finished playing and I can already tell you this is one of the best songs you've done in quite a while. Fits your range perfectly and has a really nice jazz/soul feel to it. I think you need to invest more time into writing and singing songs in this field. I LOVED IT! Sounds like a timeless R&B song. This song is like a new classic! I can flash back to a drive in restaurant in the 50's or 60's and hear this song on the car radio for the first time. To have the talent to write, produce, and sing your own songs, and they turn out like this is a rare gift. Connie you have a loyal base of Connie crazed fans on KZbin but this one could go global!

It's getting a lot better. The vocal track here is very good, strong and bright. There is an arrangement and it's sounds like a smokey song from the 50's with 4 guys in white suits as a group. So it was cool. Introducing a song structure is important. Bending a melody to fit sentences is a common DIY issue but here the structure rules so thumbs for that.

My brain got electrified by this moving lovely song. I had similar situation few years earlier, but opposite. Here in the US we girls all too often move to that guys apartment, believing blue-eyed that everything will continue just 'happily forever after'. Then when the tears of teared break-up came, it was me (or any girl doing this ways), who had to pack. In anger we often leave much of own stuff there; Done that! Connie's version "This is My House" is better part; guys anyways have lesser stuff and their TVs and Stereos they can take another time, lol. We shalt be careful, especially anyone under 20 / too blue-eyed even older ones.
