My two favorite singles players! Hunter has been playing so well this year, super impressive. He used to show his emotions when he gets frustrated, but I can see he controls it and stay focused. Conner’s two-handed backhand is just too good! So much fun to watch his game. Great finals overall!

Hunter is smart. Singles is a baseline game for the most part and you only come in when you set up a good reason too. You don’t just run in to the kitchen because that’s how it used to be done. So easy to hit winners passed guys that rush to the kitchen.

The way he is brushing the ball with pace to go deep but not too deep. The ball was doing the extreme dip from the brush in his strokes. Fun to watch

I wonder what his girlfriend thinks about those sounds Hunter’s making 😂 I mean pickleball is nerdy enough, but he’s making South Park noises out there. (Huge fan of grunting, btw. Helps with focus.)
