@@wavell14guys right bailed us out many times! I don’t like all the jumping on the back of this guy! Especially as I have a feeling that Soutar being his partner is one of the reasons his form hit a bump. On form Goldson and Bologun is my preferred partnership. People forget the years of service. Why does Soutar not get the same level of hate he was playing too, and made just as many if not more mistakes. This comment section will just be food for Rangers fans who are angry about the league situation to vent their anger out on this guy. 11 players play the game not 1. Don’t take cheap shots FFS 🤦‍♂️

Brave guy, he’s one of us. Goes to show you that there is more to his life than football, I don’t think people understand playing with Heart issues must be like, nobody knows what goes on behind the scenes. Conor is a strong character he will rediscover his form, me personally have always said a on form Connor with big Leon is our strongest back line. It’s Soutar I want out! Playing next to Soutar can’t be great. Everyone blamed Connor but the same mistakes were made against Hearts, they just didn’t punish us! And it was clear as day who was at fault. It’s like Soutar completely switches off in vital moments. Making the whole back line look bad then the easy target was Connor.

I have met the big man on a few occasions out n about. I can honestly say Connor has been an inspiration to himself, his family and Glasgow Rangers! It's definitely not for everyone and not everyone can handle what comes with playing with Rangers. Connor can have no complaints in how he has performed at Rangers as a fan yes we want the best version every single time but it's humanity impossible. I've have nothing but gratitude for what Connor has offered me as a Rangers fan over his time at the club....I do hope you're here for a while yet Connor and that this podcast isn't a goodbye. It's just a pity Rangers don't have the financial clout that could have given him even better quality to play with. WATP 🇬🇧🇬🇧💙💙

I am in my 40s and don't appreciate how he headers into his own goal too often. Yet he can't score for us. How he panics when pressed, especially by Celtic and makes the sloppy back passes towards our keeper that they run onto or to his defensive partners either side. Tav though is worse defensively. He gets to hide behind all the pens and free kicks, yet his overall game is below average. They don't compare with the legends I grew up supporting. Not even close. I cannot wait until their time is up and we have moved past the old guard. They have massively under achieved in the league. Better times ahead when they are moved out. I look on this current side as the worst in my lifetime. Though there are shoots of hope in Sterling, Butland, Cantwell, Diomande. We have some good youth players. Also maybe Raskin if he gets it together, and maybe Ridvan if he can stay fit and stops being the Turkish Rossiter. The talent is there with him though. Its been a decade of mostly hell supporting this team. I have had enough of the same ones letting us down. Dundee was the last straw for me with many of them.

Connor is a gutsy player, and to have come through the difficulties he experienced with the heart op, and to rise to being a major driving force that has restored the club I love back to the prominent position we are now in, is just brilliant. Regardless of where we are at the end of the season, which I hope is a successful one, Connor, huge respect from me: you are a great player and a top professional. I'm not really concerned about his life before the Gers, I'll never understand how he got a contract when he was willing to walk away and not one offer was made to sign him. We need a better defence going forwards and he shouldn't be in it. We need good footballers not nice guys. I'd be disappointed if he's still at Ibrox next season. Good luck to him wherever he ends up. A good free option for anyone needing a nice guy. Why was this posted after he was dropped?

No chance. He doesn't compare to real Rangers legends. Neither does Tav, Borna or Lundstram. Rangers legends are guys like Gazza, Laudrup, McCoist, Hateley, Mols, Ricksen, Numan, Goram, Klos, Mgregor, Greg, Jardine, Cooper, Durrant, Iain Ferguson, Barry Ferguson, Arveladze, Brown, Butcher, Gough, Tugay, Caniggia, Kanchelskis and quite a few others. Those two do not and will not ever compare as legends. At most good honest pros and reliable servants who tried their best, in a time we were skint. Ultimately they have bottled too many key moments to ever be legends held in the same esteem. The only way in now, to be remembered as legends, would be for them to win all remaining games and thrash Celtic in the final league game, beating their goal deficit. Then fair play, but come on, I don't see that happening. I would love to be wrong.

1:07:30 wish he wasn't so hard on himself for that goal. Yeah he got beat but so did Tav.

Goldson has been on a downward spiral the past few year's. He just doesn't have the legs anymore or the concentration levels.
