His hips and head stay stacked maintaining his balance while making his turns. He isn't fighting centripetal force as much. It's amazing to see this executed so perfectly. That's why he's connor mcdavid and... we're not

Same thing with the shoulders when punch turning. Outside shoulder down, inside shoulder up. Look at the guy :)
