It depends on how you keep up with it if you stay on finasteride and apply minoxidil daily, also derma roll once a weeks you will have the best opportunity to maintain your hair. Most importantly your hair type and your donor area is key you have plenty of grafts with double/triple strands your hair will look very full.

Bro no disrespect. But your hairline looks too fake. Clear skin and perfectly thick hairline with no blending. Like they are seperated by a line or perfectly lined by a razor blade. If you have a lower hairline, this thick hairline may look natural. Like someone who never experienced hairloss. But you went for a age appropriate hairline. Slightly higher. So it should be blended well. Hair transplant people are calling it as micro irregularities in hairline.
