Every birth is different, it is important that you make plans in terms of what do you want to take with you, who should be with you and the things that are really up to you... And then don't forget there is another human being with own plans. And then you really don't know the person you become when you give birth. Of course being active until the last second and letting gravity do all the work sounds good... But giving-birth-you might not be able to stand Oh water-birth sounds relaxing and great but giving-birth-you can't stand the idea of warm water touching your skin or anything touching you in this moment... I think you get the idea. I had two births, both went totally different, I had my husband with me, he supported me, always had a midwife around when I needed then I just let it go and now I have two wonderful boys (2.5 years and 10 months) sleeping and waiting for all the new adventures tomorrow brings. The birth is not the end. It is the beginning of the greatest love story of all times.

I agree. The video before seemed as if she was in shock. Not “stunned” or “surprised” -type shock. But physically in genuine shock. And why wouldn’t she be? She’d nurtured this child within her body for nine months and then, literally, the baby was cut out of her. I’m glad to now see she seems to have recovered from that a bit, and can now transition into being the amazing mother she was destined to be.

Honestly don't miss being pregnant. My first was an emergency c-section as my daughter had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. Second child was also a c-section because I was at a high risk of tearing the old incision area and bleeding internally. Each time the healing process was different. The first time took me awhile to get back on my feet and the pain was alot the second time I was on my feet doing dishes and other things had the nurses at the hospital going how are you doing that when i got up to go pee right after surgery and my catheter came out. Can't wait to watch baby grow and see how wonderful of parents you are and will grow to be even better. Remember to relax and enjoy this time, they grow sooooooo fast.

CONGRATS!🍼 Here's something to remember. Cooking and cleaning can wait til tommorow for babies grow up much to our sorrow, so dishes be quiet and mop go to sleep I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep!💙 Not sure if that's excatly right but in other word's when you have a new born as im sure you've learned theyre's a lot of thing's that need to be done but the heck with it Koasy is more important and you don't want to miss a thing. That's a chonky baby! My sister gave birth to two baby boys, one a little over 6 pounds and one a little under. When they came home from the hospital, I was so shocked at how tiny they were. Glad to see everyone so happy and healthy :)
