Great video profe, we gotta learn idioms even though natives don't use them all the time, only when the context requires that they be used, if you don't know any of these idioms you can use an alternative just like your example profe the one that says: - The books he had to read in college WERE OVER HIS HEAD. # Instead we can say: - The books he had to read in college WERE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO UNDERSTAND. OR. - The books he had to read in college WERE HARD FOR HIM TO UNDERSTAND. Anyway it's always necessary to learn idioms so we can get what natives say when they use them. Everybody uses "over one's head," for example. It's a very common idiom.
