1.00 - 1.20....far out! That's a frigid, gnarly, monster wall of liquid concrete. WoTY. A few freezes from the video between 1.05 and 1.18 are properly hair raising. That's a doubled up, vertical and rounded ocean implosion. Absolutely sick. Nothing I've seen of recent footage from Nazare shows anything as heavy, difficult and downright violent as this....Impressively big waves no doubt, but not on the same level of heaviness as this.

Watched it heaps of times now....might be the heaviest ride I've seen anywhere. Can't think of anything that obviously tops it. Balls out, far out....total madness. As for the Naz recent swells being the biggest and gnarliest waves around.... seriously? This is a different league....sickness dialed up to 12. Once in lifetime kinda wave. Even after heaps of views I'm still speechless. Whether it's a make..... the way the lip kinda splits up just right at the end and clobbers him after he comes through the whitewater prob would've blown anyone up. Not sure there was really a line to realistically catch the ride and still get outta the way of that splintering lip right at the end. Caught the ride of a lifetime, so it's a stone cold make for me. The bashing he took from that splintering lip just makes it even more epic. And on barrelling double up slab like that it would've been bananas to try and get higher into that. Hydrodynamics are really violent and properly terrifying.... even on a screen. It was a proper black-hole-gravity kinda impact zone. Normally not a fan of some of the music tracks put on these vids, but this track kinda hits the spot..... Heavy, dark and more than a bit queasy.
