This is some of the best movie promo work I think I have ever seen. Gyllenhaal is calm but confident and Conor is full charisma. Had no interest in the Road House movie but will probably watch it based off this video alone. How can someone dislike these guys? Edit: watched the film. Really enjoyed it. Reminded me of movies from the early 2000s. No grand message. No politics. Just a troubled dude trying to make money who runs into trouble. Mcgregor was essentially playing himself if instead of becoming a fighter he became a hitman and Gyllenhaal was great as always. Only thing that was weak was the side love plot. Not entirely pointless but just not as enjoyable as the rest of the film. Final fight is epic, too.
