I really appreciate this trainer stating that maintaining this look is not sustainable, because he’s absolutely correct. Getting shredded is incredibly difficult and requires a level of discipline that most people just don’t have. I did this type of intense training for 18months, and it’s brutal. Anyone who can maintain even a higher level of fitness, deserves respect. You have to be willing to adopt the mindset that food is primarily lean protein products for fuel, never enjoyment or socialization. You have to train regardless of the pain, soreness, strains, cramps, exhaustion, headaches and the mental hurdles developed during intense training. Expecting perfection or that once you hit your idea of “perfection”, that you will be able to easily maintain it, is simply an unrealistic expectation. It’s hard AF to get to this peak level and regardless of how long it’s maintained, anyone who accomplishes it deserves a MASSIVE amount of respect. Jake deserves huge props for his dedication, commitment and discipline to achieve this level of excellence. The trainer did a great job helping Jake achieve his goal, and fans can definitely enjoy viewing the results.

Would've been cooler to show us his progression over a year. Start at day one, check in at month three, then six, then nine, etc. As it is now, we have zero idea how difficult it was for him to get to this point from where he started.

Jake is awesome and he looked great for this movie. The whole Connor thing was way over the top imo and exaggerated and I saw way more of Connor than I wanted to, literally :). Thanks for posting, cool to see how the "jacked up" actors get ready for a movie. Thanks!

A homeless woman named Emma recently experienced a life-changing encounter with LARRY FRED's KZbin videos. Through his content, Emma found motivation, regained her strength, and ultimately became successful. It's a beautiful testament to the power of compassion and the transformative influence of the internet. Let's remember that even in our darkest moments, there is always hope for a brighter future.
