Conor lasted 4 rounds against Khabib who puts on the most pressure of any fighter. And also how if he is on drugs, going to perform worse with his gas tank and with his power and speed. And Dustin beating him the second time doesn’t really mean much since he broke his leg. I think Conor absolutely needs a tune up fight because he’s been out for a while. He may not come back as good against Chandler who is strong. However Chandler doesn’t have the best fight IQ and his defense does have holes. Overall, I think Chandler has a likelier chance to win but would only edge the fight towards Chandler slightly.

Fangirls and like these fanatics who pretend this is a prime Conor aside, it’s not really as crazy as you think to favor Conor. Chandler has all the skills and attributes to win this fight, especially with all the things Conor has going against him, but chandler had all the skills and attributes to just about every guy he’s lost to in the ufc but still lost..and it’s because he fights with a negative fight iq. If chandler comes out the way he was in the first round with gaethje and throws straight shots and made gaethje look almost slow motion at points he sleeps Conor cold. But if he goes out there throwing these big beefy hooks he does a lot of times not only is he gonna gas before even Conor but like it’s not that unrealistic to see Conor tkoing him, even if this isn’t a prime Conor we are talking about.

Luke do some research into his past. He never had full dedication. he fought on skill alone like lots of phenoms do til they hit a wall. He would be out partying days before fights. For the khabib fight he disappeared for days at a time. for the aldo fight theres a video of him plastered talking about a massage person. also lots of WhatsApp screenshots from his mac mansion party goers. Conor never was a hardcore athlete he is very skilled at this craft which allows him to do what he wants.

Being heavy makes sense. He is older, and as everyone knows, he is not great with the old gas tank. He is maybe going for heavy, slower pace; pick his KO punch. The downside is if Chandler does not slow down with the extra weight, Conor has one round before he is toast.
