He’s in a good spot like he says but his leg isn’t gonna hold up. Who came back in good form after the leg snaps? Nobody. It’s a massive hole in the defense. He claims he’ll use the rod to smash his opponents with and that sounds all well and good until it’s something he tries. When he fully smashes his leg into another person the contact points where the rod is placed will create tremors throughout the skeletal structure they’re mounted on. It’ll be extremely painful to do anything with that leg after a couple kicks. Look at Weidmans footwork his first fight back. Just a hunk of weight is what his leg looked like. He was literally dragging it around and his footwork looked worse than amateur. Silva never regained his agility or dexterity either. And Conor relies heavily on both of those. Would it be amazing if he pulled it off? Sure. But I’d bet all I own against it. Chandler is a pain machine. He really don’t care about pain and Conor has always faltered when in massive pain or fatigued. Michael is tailored to be an awful matchup for him. And he’s the hungrier. It’ll be a GnP beat down late round 1 or early 2 for a Chandler W.

Bare-knuckle boxing in the 1700s had few rules, no weight divisions, and no referee. Fights were chaotic and could include some wrestling, biting, elbows, grappling, and takedowns. It was also common for fighters to hit their opponents when they were down before the mid-1700's. Now imagine going to one of those fights! Must have been insane 😳

Conor loves what he is doing in this sport and enjoying. He took a lot of risks and sacrifices, physicality in this sport to get this sport to another level not only for himself. He doesn’t need to fight in MMA anymore to be fair, because he’s got everything he has ever wished for already. As you can see how much he loves MMA. With his mentality he would take UFC to the next next level in the future I believe.

Yeah retiring from the ufc after years of abuse to your body and mind, not having enough to set you up for life because you’re a dispensable modern day meat suit gladiator, so you go have 2 or three bare knuckle straighteners with some roid muncher and have your face rearranged for life and brutally lacerated with scarring. What a marvellous idea. Definitely a better alternative to boxing a KZbin streamer for 5 million bucks with huge pillow gloves on or just retiring gracefully and transitioning into another career path while you still retain some mental and physical faculty to do so. I mean what a genius philanthropist. Man of the people. A visionary. Do me a favour mate.

With everything going his way! All the money in the world, more acting, you name it! You don't need to ever get into the Octagon again! Unlike a lot of UFC fighters who end up broke! and seem to have to put their health on the line for cash! He is doing it for the hunger of the win and I am sure with everything he has learned outside of the Octagon! He looks ready and you can tell he doesn't need to talk crap anymore! For him to just turn that ship just like that(and if he keeps it that way) is so rare and amazingly impressive it astounds me more people are not aware of it. Hate him or love him the dude is undeniably one of a kind. I thought he was gone, like drugs drinking doing crazy shit gone. If he can come back and dominate I don' t think anyone has ever done that in fighting history. Granted, I don't think that's gonna happen, but if it did there is no question of GOAT status.

I want to see more bare knuckle muay thai fights like Buakaw vs Saenchai. Muay Thai to me is the most violent martial art, much more than MMA or kickboxing because it doesn't have this shaky ground game defense that prevents people from really rocking, but it still has full elbows and some clinch work with sweeps. Bare knuckle only makes it more intense.
