the best thing about conor's music is that it's always changing, progressing and redefining itself just like the people that listen to it. the difference between his first and last album is pretty great and i love both but for different reasons

man am I jealous! And, maybe you don't know it yet, but you should really be looking forward to (or at least I would be looking forward to...) Levon Helm (of The Band). Seriously, that festival has connections to three out of my four favorite musicians--Bright Eyes, The Band and Bob Dylan. And the Swell Season and Gillian Welch aren't bad either. But, I can't complain too much. Going to one of the SF shows--such a small venue and everything!

Conor as always been more toward to the folk side even with Bright Eyes, Examples, Im Wide Awake its morning. or Road to joy, or Lets not shit ourselves.. all have folk roots, his last album with bright eyes Cassadaga was VERY folk/country/indie. im glad he has decided to move on from bright eyes. he's moved on in his life, i have been a fan of his music since i was young. and i've noticed over the years as he grew so did his music.

That is the album list, but I'm pretty sure some of the titles are different than the 400 Bar, so it's possible that it is and the title was changed.
