Today, 18th May 2020 is Frank's birthday. The photo for the above vid would have been taken outside the Merrion Road church in Dublin on another sad occasion - the funeral of ardent music fan and journalist Eugene Moloney on July 3rd 2012. Eugene(55) died following a blow to the head on Dublin’s Camden Street while walking home to Portobello Place on the morning of Sunday, June 24th 2012.
