This game is run by 91.com right? If so, is this basically the american version of The Warlords, it seems so much like it.. I used to play warlords when it was run on the actual english language, and now it's all in Chinese on the 91 website, and it is way too hard to play the game without english lettering

Nah, Warlords was made by the same makers of Conquer and Zero and such. Conquer is the oldest out of them I'm pretty sure. Game died for me awhile back since the company got really money hungry, but meh. It was my crack when I was a kid.
