yes he has pardon power , but not death sentence , death pardon available only to president .

I think 17 a , no question of sharing arises as its entered by us only directly or indirectly We sign , etc just before casting votes However, 17c involves details not known to us unlike the case of 17a Same question came to my mind but immediately this thought answered me
